HR 5536 - Stabilizing Medicare Access to Rehabilitation and Therapy (SMART) Act: Advocated for passage of SMART Act and related S5 (To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to ensure appropriate supervision requirements for outpatient physical therapy and outpatient occupational therapy), which contained provision of SMART Act that revised supervision rules for Occupational Therapy Assistants.
