Supported the Main Street Tax Certainty Act of 2023, legislation to make permanent the 20-percent deduction for small- and individually-owned businesses (Section 199A) (S. 1706)

Advocated for passage of the Accelerate Long-Term Investment Growth Now (Align) Act (S. 1117/H.R.2406) to make permanent 100 percent bonus depreciation for new and used equipment purchases, and urged the House to include the legislation in its tax package (the American Families and Jobs Act).

Supported H.R. 1712/S. 1108, the Death Tax Repeal Act, to permanently repeal the estate tax.
