S. 4049/ HR 6395 - National Defense Authorization Act of 2020 - To authorize appropriates for fiscal year 2020 for military activities of the Department of Defense, for military construction, and for defense activities of the Department of Energy, to prescribe military personnel strengths for such fiscal year. Lobbied against Industry Recognized Apprenticeship Programs being applicable to the construction industry and for the inclusion of local hire preference language.

HR 2 - Invest in America Act - A bill to authorize funds for Federal-aid highways, highway safety programs, and transit programs, and for other purposes. Lobbied on the inclusion of Davis Bacon coverage and corrosion prevention standards for bridges.

HR 748 - The CARES Act. A bill providing appropriations and other public policy to address the COVID-19 pandemic.
