H.R. 219 Social Security Preservation Act. Legislation to amend Title II of the Social Security Act to ensure the integrity of the
Social Security Trust Fund by recquiring investments of the annual surplus of the fund and protect the fund from the public debt limit.
The issue of investing the surplus rather than borrowing from in.
H.R. 219 Social Security Beneficiary Tax Reduction Act. Legislation to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to repeal the 1993 increase in taxes on Social Security benefits. The issue of reducing taxes of Social Security benefits.
H.R. 1090 Social Security Guarantee Plus Act. Legislation to amend the Social Security Act and the Internal Revenue Code of
1986 to preserve and strengthen the Social Security Program by creating personal Social Security guarantee accounts which would ensure full benefits for all worker and their families while restoring long-term Social Security solvency. The issue of personal Social Security guarantee accounts.
