including Specialty Heathcare, 357 NLRB 83; support for H.R. 2587, the Protecting Jobs from Government Interference Act; support for H.R. 3094/S. 1843, the Workforce Democracy and Fairness Act; and support for S.J. Res. 36/ H.J. Res. 103, challenging the NLRB union election rule.
