H.R. 2507 - Increasing Regulatory Fairness Act of 2015 - issues related to strengthening the Medicare Advantage program and ensuring that the program is strengthened and amended in a thoughtful, data-driven manner.
H.R. 1624 - Protecting Affordable Care Coverage for Employees Act of 2015- a bill to address the stabilization of insurance for business with 51-100 employees.
Support of the inclusion of Advanced Care Planning codes in the CMS Physician Fee Schedule (PFS).
H.R. 2 - The Medicare Access and CHIP Reauthorization Act of 2015 - Focused on issues related to the role of physicians and health care providers in delivery system reform and the role that health plans will take in changing the paradigm and payment structure in the Medicare program and in the private sector.
