Lobbied in support of removing language in the FY24 Commerce, Justice, and Science Appropriations bill that restricts ATR's access to merger filing fees.
Lobbied in opposition to Mark Meador's nomination to serve as a Commissioner at the Federal Trade Commission until the illegal attempt to fire Commissioners Bedoya and Slaughter is reversed.
