H.R. 2- the "Repealing the Job Killing Health Care Law Act"- any discussions or provisions regarding Average Manufacturer's Price (AMP) and medication therapy management (MTM).
H.R. 2267/S. 227- the "Home Health Care Planning Improvement Act"- provisions related to payments for home health care services.
H. Res. 9- the "Replace" bill- all provisions regarding the instruction of certain committees to report legislation replacing the job-killing health law, specifically with regards to discussions of Average Manufacturer's Price (AMP) and medication therapy management (MTM).
H.R. 5-the "Help Efficient, Accessible, Low-Cost, Timely Healthcare (HEALTH) Act of 2011"-all provisions regarding capping damages at the greater of $250,000 or double the award of economic damages for certain health providers.
H.R. 605/S. 312-the "Patient Freedom to Choose Act"-all provisions regarding repealing provisions of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act that restrict payments from health flexible spending arrangements for medications to prescription drugs and insulin.

S. 274- the "Medication Therapy Management Empowerment Act of 2011" -all provisions regarding amending the Medicare Modernization Act to expand eligibility of all targeted beneficiaries for access to Medication Therapy Management (MTM) in Medicare Part D.
H.R. 1936- the "Medicare Access to Diabetes Supplies Act of 2011" -provisions related to the exemption from Medicare competitive acquisition programs of blood glucose self-testing equipment and supplies furnished by small retail community pharmacies.
H.R. 2195/S. 1203- the "Medicare Home Infusion Therapy Coverage Act"- provisions related to the Medicare coverage of home infusion therapy and home infusion drugs.
