Oppose the expansion of new offshore drilling by the Department of the Interior.
Support H.R. 205, Protecting and Securing Florida's Coastline Act of 2019, and H.R. 1941, Coastal and Marine Economies Protection Act of 2019, which would permanently protect the Atlantic, Pacific and Eastern Gulf from offshore drilling.
Oppose attempts to fast-track oil and gas leasing on the Coastal Plain of the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge.
Support H.R.1146, Arctic Cultural and Coastal Plain Protection Act, which would restore protections for the coastal plain of the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge.
Oppose legislative efforts to include funding for restarting the licensing process for the proposed Yucca Mountain nuclear waste repository.
Support modifying and extending tax credits for clean energy sources.
Support the Driving America Forward Act, which would expand the electric vehicle and hydrogen fuel cell tax credit.
Support the Rural Energy for America Program, which invests in renewable energy.
Support the 100% Clean Economy Act of 2019.

Oppose the administrations Dirty Water Rule, which would gut Clean Water Act protections for streams and wetlands and jeopardize our drinking water.
Support stronger regulation of PFAS by the administration.
Support, S. 1790, the 2020 National Defense Authorization Acts provision to end the use of PFAS based foams on military installations by 2023.
Urge EPA to withdraw its interpretive statement exempting point source pollution discharges through groundwater to surface water from Clean Water Act (CWA) protections.
Urge EPA to disclose 24 studies on Pigment Violet 29 (PV29) under the Toxic Substances Control Act.
Oppose H.R. 1764, which would extend the terms of the Clean Water Act permits issued to state and municipal dischargers from five to ten years.
Oppose the proposed reclassification of major sources as area sources under section 112 of the Clean Air Act, Federal Register / Vol. 84, No. 144 (July 26, 2019).
Urge EPA to ban the discharge of plastic pellets and other pollutants tied to the chemical industry as part of review of the proposed Formosa ethane cracker complex.

Request extension of comment period for Endangered Species Act rules proposed by the Department of the Interior and the Department of Commerce.
Oppose any new or amended proclamation by President Trump that weakens or removes protections of the Northeast Canyons and Seamounts Marine National Monument from extractive activities.
Support Amendment 514 to S. 1790, the National Defense Authorization Act for FY 2020, which would prohibit the use of national defense funds for the construction of walls along the southern border.
Support H.R. 3195 and S. 1081, which provide the Land and Water Conservation Fund with full, permanent, and dedicated funding.
