H.R. 3742 Recovering America's Wildlife Act (RAWA), a HR bill to fund state-based conservation efforts for more than 12,000 species of fish, wildlife, and plants, was introduced by Congressional Sportsmen's Caucus (CSC) Vice-Chair Representative Debbie Dingell (MI) and CSC Member Representative Jeff Fortenberry (NE).

HR 3879 Simplifying Outdoor Access for Recreational Purposes by U.S. Rep. Debra Haaland. The legislation reduces the rules and regulations on special purpose events.

HR 3458 The Recreation Not Red Tape Act by U.S. Rep. Rob Bishop (R-UT01) purpose is to promote innovative approaches to outdoor recreation on Federal land and to increase opportunities for collaboration with non-Federal partners, and for other purposes.It would fill a needed gap between protections for backcountry areas like Wilderness, and flexible multiple-use management that also poses risks for inappropriate development.

S. 1527 RTP Funding Transparency Act sponsored by U.S. Sen. Amy Klobuchar (D-MN), cosponsored with U.S. Sens. Jim Risch (R-ID), Jeanne Shaheen (D-NH), Richard Burr (R-NC), and Chris VanHollen (D-MD). The legislation provides additional funding for recreational trails out of the fund supported by the fuel sales tax or highway users fund.

Bill Flores and cosponsored by Peter Welch (D-VT), Steve Womack (R-AZ03) and Jim Costa (D-CA16) designed to alleviate the ethanol blend wall under the renewable fuel program and for other purposes. "Food and Fuel Consumer Protection Act of 2019" was referred to the Committee on Energy and Commerce. It caps ethanol blend volume at 9.7%.
