Ensuring Medicaid Provides Opportunities for Widespread Equity, Resources, and Care Act (H.R.5306/S.2227) - Supported the re-authorization of funding for the Money Follows the Person Medicaid demonstration program.
Support for Patients and Communities Act (H.R. 6) - Supported the expansion and availability of substance use disorder treatment to recipients in the Medicaid, Medicare, and Children's Health Insurance Program as well as the inclusion of an IMD exception.

Palliative Care and Hospice Education and Training Act (H.R. 1676, S. 693) - Urged Congress to support palliative care education for medical providers and reduce barriers to care for patients with serious or life-threatening illnesses.
Patient Choice and Quality Care Act (H.R. 2797, S. 1334) - Supported the compassionate delivery of healthcare services to those with serious advanced illnesses.
The Raise Family Caregivers Act (H.R. 3759) - Supported the development of programs which assist caregivers in administering care to critically ill family members.
(FDA-2017-N-5608) - Urged the FDA to consider the benefits of opioid prescribing in light of seriously ill patients, and to increase provider education guidelines on pain management, palliative care and opioid misuse while developing criteria for the Opioid Policy Steering Committee.
The Opioid Crisis Response Act of 2018 (S. 2680) - Supported palliative care patient access to pain management prescriptions.
(CMS-9924-P) - Urged CMS to not finalize the proposed rule on short-term, limited-duration insurance plans.
