Keystone XL Pipeline - Advocated for the granting of a Presidential permit for the pipeline.
H.R.3 - Northern Route Approval Act: Lobbied for passage of the bill which would declare that a presidential permit shall not be required for the Keystone XL Pipeline and deemed that certain other regulatory requirements are satisfied.
H.R. 2502 - The Renewable Energy Parity Act: Lobbied for passage of the legislation which amend the Internal Revenue Code to extend the energy tax credit to solar energy, fuel cell, microturbine, combined health and power system, small wind energy, and thermal energy properties for which construction does not begin before January 1, 2017.

Lobbied in support of Comprehensive Immigration Reform
S. 744 - The Border Security, Economic Opportunity, and Immigration Modernization Act: Lobbied in support of passage of the Senate immigration reform legislation which includes a path towards citizenship for the the 11 million undocumented immigrants in the US; strong border security measures; interior enforcement; and visa program which caps the number of new work visas for construction workers at 15,000 workers.
H.R. 1772 - Legal Workforce Act: Opposed the legislation which mandates an electronic verification system requiring all U.S. employers to use the system within 2 years.
H.R. 1773 - The Agricultural Guestworker Act: Opposed the bill which will allow employers to bring in as many as 500,000 new agricultural workers every year.
H.R. 2278 - The Strengthen and Fortify Enforcement (SAFE) Act: Lobbied against the legislation that expands the failed 287(g) program that will grant state and localities full authority to create and enforce their own criminal and civil penalties for federal immigration violations.
