Strategies to Eliminate Waste and Accelerate Recycling Development (STEWARD) Act of 2025 (S. 351), which would accelerate waste elimination and expand sustainable materials management.
Recycling Infrastructure and Accessibility Act (RIAA) of 2025 (H.R. 2145), which would increase federal investments in local recycling systems and improve consumer access to recycling services.
Advocating for:
The introduction of federal Extended Producer Responsibility legislation that recognizes regional differences across the U.S., exempts highly recycled materials, such as paper and paper products, includes provisions for small business protections, and enhances recycling infrastructure and supports advanced recycling solutions.
