Oppose the expansion of new offshore drilling by the Department of the Interior.
Oppose fossil fuel, coal, uranium and other extractive industry bailouts as well as royalty relief for extractive industries during the COVID-19 crisis
Oppose attempts to fast-track oil and gas leasing on the Coastal Plain of the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge.
Oppose legislative efforts to include funding for restarting the licensing process for the proposed Yucca Mountain nuclear waste repository.
Support legislative efforts to reform, increase, and modernize onshore royalty rates; policies for transparent reporting of the impacts of energy development on public lands; and ending oil and gas leasing in low potential lands
Support modifying and extending tax credits for clean energy sources, and making them refundable or allowing direct pay, at least during the Covid-19 crisis and recovery.
Support the Driving America Forward Act, which would expand the electric vehicle and hydrogen fuel cell tax credit, and proposals to make them refundable or allow direct pay, at least during the Covid-19 crisis and recovery.
Support robust funding for the Rural Energy for America Program, which invests in renewable energy.
Support the 100% Clean Economy Act of 2019.
Oppose the inclusion of the Nuclear Powers America Act, H.R. 2314 and S. 1134, in any tax extenders package.
Oppose changes to EPA regulations surrounding methane emission standards.
Support amendment which would restore building energy efficiency codes language originally found in the Energy Savings and Industrial Competitiveness Act (S. 2137, Portman-Shaheen) to the American Energy Innovation Act (AEIA) of 2020.
Support funding measures in the Interior, Energy and Water, and Transportation and Urban Development appropriations bills for Fiscal Year 2021 to reduce greenhouse gas emissions from the transportation sector.
Urge lawmakers to oppose policy riders that harm the public in appropriations bills for FY 2021.
Urge the DOI and EPA to pause open public comment periods during the COVID-19 crisis so the public can engage meaningfully in administrative decisions once the crisis has been contained.
Urge DOI to suspend major policy changes, oil and gas lease sales, and public comment periods during the COVID-19 crisis.

Oppose EPAs weakening of lead and copper regulations for drinking water.
Request an extension of comment periods for proposed rules regarding regulation of coal combustion residuals.

Support H.R. 5435, The American Public Lands and Water Climate Solutions Act, which would create a path for public lands to be pollution free and produce net zero emissions
Support the passage of the Protecting Americas Wilderness Act, H.R. 2546, which would provide protections for iconic public lands in the state of California
Oppose copper mining development in the watershed of the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness.
Request extension of comment period for Endangered Species Act rules proposed by the Department of the Interior and the Department of Commerce.
