Signed coalition letter opposing Congressional Review Act resolutions to overturn the SEC's climate disclosure rule and banking regulators bank risk management principles on climate-related financial risk.
Helped put together materials and run training for Consumer Advocacy Week. Joined Congressional meetings for Consumer Advocacy Week to oppose the FTC REDO Act (which would roll back the FTC's CARS rule), support the CFPB's proposed Overdraft Lending Rule, and oppose a Congressional Review Act resolution to overturn the CFPB's Credit Card Late Fees Rule.
Signed a coalition letter, submitted a PIRG comment, and submitted 5,576 petition signatures in support the CFPB's Overdraft Lending Rule.
Signed onto a letter from Sen. Warren calling on the SEC to commit to enforcing existing rules and guidance related to the environment and to defend its climate disclosure rule and to enforce it once it is settled.
Signed onto a coalition letter calling on FHFA to require that all new homes with mortgages backed by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac meet updated building energy code requirements.
