S.J. Res. 26 would disapprove EPA's endangerment finding and consequent regulation of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases under the Clean Air Act. It would impose significant economic costs on the U.S. economy including agriculture.
House GHG resolution needed. Resolution of disapproval of the GHG endangerment finding issued by the EPA. It would nullify the endangerment finding and prevent EPA from regulating GHGs under the Clean Water Act.

Amendment and modification recommendations: Clarification of jurisdiction and the statutory authority between the U.S. Department of Agriculture and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA); Authorizing indemnification for producers and facilities economically damaged by a wrongfully issued recall; and confidentiality protection.
