H.R.2847 Rep. Smith, Lamar (R-TX) - American Specialty Agriculture Act (Provisions would establish a new H-2C guest worker program that would expand the scope of the program to include all agricultural work.)
H.R.3630 Rep. Camp, David (R-MI) Temporary Payroll Tax Cut Continuation Act of 2011. (Provisions that would fix a significant loophole in our nations laws my barring individuals without a valid SSN from being eligible to receive the credit thus stop the give-away of taxpayer dollars to illegal aliens.)
H.R.3801 Rep. Giffords, Gabrielle (D-AZ) - Ultralight Aircraft Smuggling Prevention Act of 2012 (Provisions in bill that aims to help secure the border by increasing penalties for using aircraft for smuggling contraband.)
H.R.3842 Rep. Black, Diane (R-TN) - To prohibit Federal funding for lawsuits seeking to invalidate specified State laws that support the enforcement of Federal immigration laws. (Provisions the prohibits federal funds from being used by a federal agency or instrumentality to participate in a lawsuit to overturn, enjoin, or otherwise invalidate specified immigration-related laws in Oklahoma, Missouri, Arizona, Utah, Indiana, Alabama, South Carolina, or Georgia.)
H.R.3992 Rep Berman, Howard (D-CA) - To allow otherwise eligible Israeli nationals to receive E-2 nonimmigrant visas if similarly situated United States nationals are eligible for similar nonimmigrant status in Israel. (Provisions that would expand the E-2 visa program to include Israeli nationals.)
S.1856 Sen. DeMint, Jim (R-SC) - A bill to prohibit Federal funding for lawsuits seeking to invalidate specific State laws that support the enforcement of Federal immigration laws. (Provisions that would prevent the federal government from using taxpayer funds to sue states over their immigration enforcement laws.)
S.1925 Sen. Leahy, Patrick J. (D-VT) - Violence Against Women Reauthorization Act of 2011. (Provisions that would increase the number of U visas by permitting the recapture of thousands of unused U visas from prior years.)
S.1983 Sen. Schumer, Charles E. (D-NY) - Fairness for High-Skilled Immigrants Act of 2011 (Provisions in bill that would allow for an amnesty for Irish nationals; stricken and amended to create new E-3 visa program exclusively for Irish nationals.)
S.2005 Sen. Brown, Scott (R-MA) - IRE Act (Provisions to authorize the Secretary of State to issue up to 10,500 E-3 visas per year to Irish nationals to include nationals of Ireland coming to the United States under a treaty of commerce to perform specialty occupation services in the nonimmigrant E-3 visa category.)
