FAA Authorization and Appropriations: Lobbied for FAA Reauthorization bill, and various provisions included in HR 915 and HR 1586, to include lobbying against the inclusion of a user fee; to amend language in Sec 303; and to address issues regarding inspection language in HR 915; and to allow for federal financing for NextGen equipage.
