H.R.478: Protecting Children from Electronic Cigarette Advertising Act of 2015. This bill prohibits e-cigarette advertisements that appeal to minors in states in which the sale of e-cigarettes is prohibited to minors. Monitor.
H.R.662: Traditional Cigar Manufacturing and Small Business Jobs Preservation Act of 2015.
This bill would exempt many cigars from Food and Drug Administration's intended regulation of cigars. Monitor.
H.R.1375: Child Nicotine Poisoning Prevention Act of 2015. Bill would require liquid nicotine containers to be in special packaging that is difficult for children to open. Monitor.
H.R.1517: Stop Selling and Marketing to Our Kids E-Cigarettes Act. This bill would regulate e-cigarettes as a tobacco product under the FDA and include them in several tobacco regulations such as labeling, advertising, and marketing restrictions to children. Monitor.
H.R. 1749. Smuggled Tobacco Prevention Act of 2015. Bill amends tobacco regulations to reduce smuggling and tax evasion, including requiring a unique identification marking on tobacco product packaging. Monitor.
