H.R.1864 - To amend title 23, United States Code, with respect to funding the recreational trails program, to require a study to determine the best available estimate of the total amount of nonhighway recreational fuel taxes received by the Secretary of the Treasury, and for other purposes. Would reauthorize the Recreational Trails Program while providing for a more accurate accounting of fuel taxes paid by off highway vehicles.
H.R.803 - Protecting America's Wilderness and Public Lands Act. Would designate federal land in several states as wilderness.
S. 904 - MAPLand Act. Directs the Department of the Interior, Forest Service, and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to develop a database containing mapping information for federal lands and publish the database for public use.
H.R. 3684 INVEST in America Act. Reauthorizes the Recreational Trails Program.
H.R. 3670/ S. 1229: SOAR Act. Simplifies the special recreation permitting process on federal recreational lands.

H.R.2141, S. 1853 - To direct the Secretary of Transportation to establish a Motorcyclist Advisory Council, and for other purposes. Would reestablish the Motorcyclist Advisory Council to provide US DOT with input on transportation issues of concern to motorcyclists.
H.R. 3684 - INVEST in America Act. Would reauthorize the Motorcyclist Advisory Council, funding for NHTSA motorcyclist safety grants, provide for other highway safety programs.
S. 2016, S. 1931 - Surface Transportation Investment Act of 2021. Would reauthorize funding for NHTSA motorcyclist safety grants, provide for other highway safety programs.
H.R. 3711 - SELF DRIVE Act. Would provide for the regulation and implementation of automated vehicles.

S.227 - Renewable Fuel Infrastructure Investment and Market Expansion Act of 2021. Would provide support for further expansion of higher-ethanol blends of fuels in the marketplace.
EPA proposed rulemaking: E15 Fuel Dispenser Labeling and Compatibility with Underground Storage Tanks. Would reduce or eliminate the consumer warning label for E15 fuel.
