Oppose H.R. 2883, the Promoting Cross-Border Energy Infrastructure Act, which attempts to ram through permits for new cross-border oil and gas pipelines and electric transmission lines without meaningful environmental review or public participation.
Oppose H.J. Res. 36, the Congressional Review Act Resolution of Disapproval of the Methane and Waste Prevention Rule, which would threaten public health and the climate with methane pollution from the oil and gas industry.
Oppose the expansion of new offshore drilling by the Department of the Interior.
Support the Safe Energy Future Plan, a package of bills that will help protect the environment and
public health from the risks of oil and gas production.
Oppose the reconsideration and stay of EPAs Methane New Source Performance Standards for the Oil and Natural Gas Sector, which would reduce dangerous methane pollution.
Support S. 987, the 100 by 50 Act, which would put the US economy on a path to achieving 100 percent clean energy by 2050.

Oppose President Trumps Executive Order to rewrite the Clean Power Plan, rescind the moratorium on coal mining on US federal lands, and repeal at least six Obama-era executive orders aimed at addressing climate change, including a series of orders that instructed the federal government to prepare for the impacts of climate change.
Oppose the removal of the US from the Paris Climate Agreement.
Comments on the creation and implementation of the new TSCA under the Frank Lautenberg for the 21st Century Act (EPA).
Oppose cuts to conservation and environmental programs in the President's Fiscal Year 2018 budget request.

Oppose H.R. 806, the Ozone Standards Implementation Act, which would undermine the EPAs recently updated standards for ozone pollution.
Oppose H.R. 1119, the SENSE Act, which would weaken the Cross State Air Pollution Rule.
Support a strong ozone implementation rule (EPA).

Oppose provisions within HR 2936, the so-called Resilient Federal Forests Act of 2017, that would remove protections for a national monument and are a backdoor attack on our national monuments and the Antiquities Act.
Support for the Endangered Species Act, which is facing unprecedented threats.
Oppose the Interior Departments review of national monuments and any attempts to rescind or shrink national monuments.
Oppose the Alaska Mental Health Trust Land Exchange Act (S. 131/H.R. 513) and reject any legislative attempt that would privatize the Tongass National Forest.
Express concern about the process set forth in the Interior Secretarial Order 3349 to review or rescind commonsense memoranda, orders and regulations (agency actions) concerning oil and gas development and other management issues on our public lands.
Oppose H.J.Res.44, the Congressional Review Act, Resolution of Disapproval of the Bureau of Land Management's (BLM) Planning 2.0 Rule, which would diminish public participation in how the BLM manages public lands.
Support H.R. 1889, the Udall-Eisenhower Arctic Wilderness bill.
Oppose H.R. 218, the King Cove Road Land Exchange Act, which would force construction of a destructive road through the heart of Izembek National Wildlife Refuge.
Oppose H.R. 1157, which would remove lands and waters in Monomoy National Wildlife Refuge from federal public ownership.
Oppose H. J. Res. 69, the Congressional Review Act Resolution of Disapproval to rescind the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service's Alaska National Wildlife Refuges Rule.

Support communities and populations that are at risk from environmental health harms by opposing the repeal of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and maintaining funding for frontline service providers, like Planned Parenthood.
Oppose all policy riders and support a clean Fiscal Year 2017 appropriations package.
Support for no less than FY17 funding levels of $32.28 billion for the FY18 Interior-EPA Appropriations bill for key federal resources that protect our clean water and clean air, conserve our wildlife, water and public lands, ensure support for Indian health, address drought, and allow for the continued access to future generations to our national cultural heritage and our national parks.
