Discussions related to funding for Small Watershed Projects. The Congress terminated such funding in 2011. The President's FY'16 budget includes funding for Watershed Protection and Flood Prevention. The request was to support the President's request.
Other discussions related to the Trans-Pacific Partnership agreement and the allowing of agriculture commodities into the United States without consideration or regard to invasive species.
