Discussed need to improve dairy farmers deteriorating economic circumstances related to fuel and feed cost and stabilizing farm milk prices.

S 807 / H.R. 1398. Agriculture Protection & Prosperity Act of 2007 amends the Comprehensive Environmental Response Compensation Act of 1980 (Superfund). Clarifies that this Act excludes livestock manure from the definition of "hazardous substances" or "pollutant or contamination" under the Act.
S 1870 / H.R. 2421. Clean Water Restoration Act of 2007 amends the Federal Water Pollution Control Act and expands federal jurisdiction over all waters now considered entirely under states' jurisdiction.
