H.R. 2997, the 21st Century AIRR Act and S. 1405, the Federal Aviation Administration Reauthorization Act of 2017 on provisions related to airport financing, the Passenger Facility Charges, NextGen air traffic control system; the airport improvement program; DOT air service development programs. H.R. 2150, the Flags of Convenience Don't Fly Here Act on provisions related to the DOT process to grant foreign air carrier permits. .H.R. 1265, the Investing in America: Rebuilding America's Airport Infrastructure Act on issues related to the passenger facility charge and the airport improvement program. The National Advisory Committee on Travel and Tourism Infrastructure on issues related airport funding, air service development, federal, state and local transportation planning; and air traffic control reform.
