Issues relating to the USDA Wildlife Services program in California including more equitable cost-share for state program cooperators and reimbursement from the USDA Commodity Credit Corporation (CCC) for WS programs when WS officials respond to natural disasters like wildfires.
Issues relating to the National Detector Dog Training Center (NDDTC) that supports canine teams for ongoing programs for California, Florida, Hawaii, North Carolina, and Guam funded through the Plant Protection Act Section 7721 program.
