Balanced approach to deficit reduction that does not include further cuts to nondefense discretionary (NDD) programs, and the impact on NDD programs of sequestration and the Budget Control Act (Public Law No: 112-25), especially as they relate to the fiscal slope (aka fiscal cliff) scenario concerning both revenue (incl.
