Also protect the TRICARE pharmacy benefit for all the same beneficiaries HR3979 FY2015 NDAA; protection of funding for the commissaries and exchanges; supporting HR690 * S240 Reserve Retirement Deployment Credit Correction Act; ending the SBP/DIC offset and preserving and increasing the SSIA payment; passing HR 5059 to improve treatment for depression and risk of suicide; in support of allowing SBP payment to be deposited directly into a Special Needs Trust for permanently disabled adult children of beneficiaries; supporting S1999& S Amend 3388 to disallow commercial contract that require arbitration that vitiates the protections under the SCRA
