Legislative proposals for comprehensive reform of the multiemployer pension system, including creation of composite plans and authorization for a partition program to relieve distressed plans (no bill introduced).

H.R. 8294, the "National Apprenticeship Act of 2020," legislation to provide statutory authority for registered apprenticeship programs within the Department of Labor (DOL), provide for related grant programs, and establish the National Advisory Committee on Apprenticeships; entire bill.

H.R 133, the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021, an act making consolidated appropriations for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2021 and providing coronavirus emergency response and relief; Division Z (Energy Act of 2020), regarding the application of Davis-Bacon to construction activities authorized by the Division; and Division EE (Taxpayer Certainty and Disaster Tax Relief Act of 2020), Title I, Subtitle C, applicability of Davis-Bacon to projects funded by Section 131 (credit for electricity produced from certain renewable sources) and Section 132 (extension and phaseout of energy credit).
