direct the Secretary of Energy (DOE) continued on next page...

codes for residential and commercial buildings to enable the achievement of aggregate energy savings targets established by this
Act, (2) encourage and support the adoption by states and local governments of building energy codes that meet or exceed the
national codes, and (3) support full compliance with state and local codes. Advocated for the inclusion of skilled workforce
training language and Davis-Bacon wage coverage.

HR 4745 - The FY 2015 Transportation, Housing and Urban Development Act. The bill includes funding for the Department of
Transportation, the Department of Housing and Urban Development, and other related agencies. Advocated against proposals to prohibit the application of Davis Bacon wage rates to work funded by this bill and also advocated against proposals to prohibit projects labor agreements on federal construction projects funded by this bill.
HR 4486 - The FY 2015 Military Construction and Veterans Affairs Appropriations Act. The bill contains funding to help train
and equip the military, provide housing and services to military personnel and their families, maintain base infrastructure, and
