Support H.R. 304, the Equal COLA Act, to Federal Employees Retirement System Employees (FERS) retirees with the same annual cost-of-living adjustment to their annuity (as a percentage of the annuity) as is provided to Civil Service Retirement System (CSRS) retirees.
Support H.R. 302, Preventing a Patronage System Act, which would prevent the executive branch from creating new classes of excepted service employees, which would not be subject to merit system rules.
Support H.R. 392/S.561, the Federal Adjustment of Income Rates Act, which would provide federal employees with a 3.2 percent average pay increase in 2022.
Support including at least a 2.7 percent average pay increase (and as much as 3.2 percent) in the FY22 Financial Services and General Government Appropriations bill.
Support H.Res. 131 / S. Res. 76, congratulating the National Active and Retired Federal Employees Association (NARFE) on the celebration of its 100th anniversary.
Support H.R. 4268, the Federal Retirement Fairness Act, which would allow federal employees who started their careers in temporary positions before transitioning into permanent roles to contribute towards their retirement for the years they held a temporary position.
Support provision of the Build Back Better Act (as approved by the House Budget Committee) to require FEHB plans to take advantage of lower prescription drug prices to be negotiated by the Department of Health and Human Services.

Support H.R. 695/S. 145, the USPS Fairness Act, which would repeal the requirement that the U.S. Postal Service prefund 100 percent of its future health benefit liabilities for all current employees.
Raise concerns with provisions of H.R. 3076/S. 1720 that could increase premiums for health insurance plans in the Federal Employees Health Benefits program. Support provisions of the bill providing choice to postal retirees as to whether to enroll in Medicare Part B (in the context of a bill requiring Medicare enrollment for employees).

Support re-introduction of the Fair COLA for Seniors Act, to calculate cost-of-living adjustments to federal annuities, Social Security benefits and military retirement annuities based on the CPI-E, a price index measuring consumer spending habits of those age 62 and older.
Oppose amendments to the Endless Frontiers Act that would restrict the ability of the Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board to make decisions as fiduciaries in the best interests of plan participants.
Support H.R. 4268, the Federal Retirement Fairness Act, which would allow federal employees who started their careers in temporary positions before transitioning into permanent roles to contribute towards their retirement for the years they held a temporary position.
Support H.R. 4788, the Wellbeing for Every Public Servant Act of 2021, to eliminate the windfall elimination provision (WEP) for individuals with a combined monthly benefit (Social Security benefit plus public sector pension) of $5,000 or less.
