The significant performance, safety and environmental benefits gained by using crumb rubber from scrap tires in the construction of ashphalt roads and how to encourage states that use more this clearly superior product.
The benefits that can be gained by increasing the Highway Bridge Weight Laws to allow for a larger maximum gross vehicle weight to be carried on tractor trailer combinations utilizing three (3) axle trailers.
