We advocate for following sections of S. 744, the Border Security, Economic Opportunity and Immigration Modernization Act of 2013: Title II, Subtitle B, Agricultural Worker Program and Title III Subtitle F, Prevention of Trafficking in Persons and Abuses Involving Workers Recruited Abroad to be taken up and passed in the House. We oppose HR 1773, the Ag Act.
