Continue to advocate for significant regulatory reform and relief including expansion of Reg Flex for small business, cost-benefit analysis, regulatory moratorium, a regulatory budget, up or down vote by Congress on major regulations.
FDA Safety and Innovation Act (S 3187) -- supported passage. Opposed amendments to include drug reimportation.
Taxpayer Right to Know Act (HR 3609) - support
Keeping Politics Out of Federal Contracting Act (HR 2008) - support
