The Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021 (Public Law No: 116-260), the Bipartisan Emergency COVID Relief Act of 2020, the Bipartisan State and Local Support and Small Business Protections Act, and other legislative proposals to provide relief from the COVID-19 pandemic:
Request for funding support and regulatory relief for hospitals responding to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Request for delay/repeal of Medicaid Disproportionate Share Hospital program payment cuts set to take effect October 1, 2019.
Request for suspension of the Medicare sequester cuts set to take effect January 1, 2020.
Withdrawal of the pending Medicare Fiscal Accountability Regulation.
Request for policy changes to provide health insurance coverage options for the uninsured.
Request for an equitable distribution of COVID relief funds to hospitals.
Request for medical liability protections for hospitals and providers responding to COVID pandemic.
