H.R. 5344 -- To preserve conditions for, and improve the likelihood of, a two-state solution that secures Israels future as a democratic state and a national home for the Jewish people, a viable, democratic Palestinian state, an end to Israels occupation of the Palestinian territories, and peaceful relations between the two states, and to direct the Department of State and other relevant agencies to take steps to accomplish these ends.
H.R. 4373 / Senate State and Foreign Operations Appropriations bill -- A bill to provide FY2022 appropriations for the Department of State, foreign operations, and related programs.
Full funding of the $3.3 billion in Foreign Military Financing (FMF) for Israel pledged in the US-Israel Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on security assistance, with new provisions in the bill and its accompanying report that ensure that equipment purchased with FMF is used in a manner consistent with US law and national security policies, including specifying that items supplied pursuant to the MOU may not be used in any way that undermines the prospects of a negotiated two-state solution;
$225 million in Economic Support Funds (ESF) for assistance to the West Bank and Gaza;
a 12% increase to the Migration and Refugee Account, from which funding for the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) is drawn, as well as easing requirements to allow funds to flow faster and praising the Biden administration for reestablishing a relationship with UNRWA;
Funding of at least $50 million for programs in the Nita M. Lowey Middle East Partnership for Peace Act; and
Robust overall funding for global US assistance, State Department personnel and operations, financial commitments to multilateral organizations and related programs supporting peace and diplomacy.

S Amdt. 4068 to S. Amdt. 3867 - Requires a report by the Secretary of State on Israeli settlement activity in the occupied West Bank, including data on settlement planning and construction, number of permits issued to Palestinians, and impact of settlements on Palestinian livelihood and quality of life, among related issues.
S. Amdt. 4533 to S.Amdt. 3867 - Requires a GAO report on the humanitarian impact of severe restrictions on movement, access, and goods in and out of Gaza.
S.1061 / H.R.2748 - Israel Relations Normalization Act of 2021 - would require the Department of State to take certain actions promoting the normalization of relations between Israel, Arab states, and other relevant countries and regions.
H.R. 5323 / S. 2789 -- To provide $1 billion in supplemental appropriations for the Department of Defense to provide to the government of Israel for the procurement of the Iron Dome defense system to counter short-range rocket threats.
Letter led by Re. Mark Pocan urged the Department of State to exert diplomatic pressure to prevent E-1 settlement construction and requested that the Department provide an update on its steps to discourage the advancement of settlements in E-1 by mid-December.

S. 2747 - A bill that expands voter registration through automatic and same-day registration as well as voting access through vote-by-mail and early voting. The bill would curtail powers of state governments to remove voters from voter rolls and establish election day as a federal holiday. The bill also voting as a right, establishes certain federal criminal offenses related to voting, and addresses campaign finance and election security.
