Cybersecurity training and certification, National Defense Authorization Act FY2017 and Defense Appropriations bill for 2017 have been worked on but no bill number as of this report; FY2016 National Defense Authorization Act in House and Senate- H.R.1735, S. 1736- an original bill to authorize appropriations for fiscal year 2016 for military activities of the DOD, for military construction, and for defense activities of the DOE, to prescribe military personnel strengths for such fiscal year.
