H.R. 74, the Traffic Stops Along the Border Statistics Study Act, would require the U.S. Attorney General to collect race and other data on traffic stops made by State and local law enforcement officers;
H.R.88, the No More Tulias: Drug Law Enforcement Evidentiary Standards Improvement Act, which would significantly cut States who fund anti-drug task forces from receiving Federal funding from the Edward J. Byrne Memorial Justice Assistant Grants program;
H.R. 180/S. 357, the "National Blue Alert," legislation creating an alert system for law enforcement officers killed or seriously injured in the line of duty;
H.R. 401/S. 162, the Justice and Mental Health Collaboration Act, will reauthorize the Mentally Ill Offender Treatment and Crime Reduction Act (MIOTCRA) for 5 years;
H.R. 421/S. 2254, the COPS Improvements and Reauthorization Act, would reauthorize, expand and improve the hiring program administered by the Office of Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS) within the U.S. Department of Justice;
H.R. 446, the National Criminal Justice Commission Act, would create a National Criminal Justice Commission to study the nations criminal justices systems;
H.R. 558, the Fallen Law Enforcement Officers and Firefighters Flag Memorial Act, would provide the families of law enforcement officers and firefighters killed in the line of duty with a flag that has been flown over the U.S. Capitol;
H.R. 867/S. 394, the Metal Theft Prevention Act, would require metal recycling agents to keep records of their transactions in order to deter individuals and enterprises engaged in the theft and interstate sale of stolen metal;
H.R. 988/S. 933, the Bulletproof Vest Partnership Grant Act, would reauthorize the Bulletproof Vest Partnership grant program through fiscal year 2017;
H.R. 1123/S. 517, the Unlocking Consumer Choice and Wireless Competition Act, to help combat unlawful trafficking in smart phones;
H.R. 1143, the Federal Correctional Workers Safety Act, would direct the Bureau of Prisons to make secure firearms storage areas accessible to employees at all of its facilities;
H.R. 1263/S. 264, the Excellence in Mental Health Act, would establish Federally Qualified Community Behavioral Health Centers and include a requirement for 24 hour mobile crisis intervention teams to provide communities with better resources to help and respond to incidents involving the mentally ill;
H.R. 1470/S. 146, the School Safety Enhancements Act, would reauthorize and expand the Secure Our Schools program administered by the Office of Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS) in the U.S. Department of Justice;
H.R. 2711, the Citizen Empowerment Act, would establish procedures allowing individuals to record any in-person or telephonic interactions with any employee of an executive agency;
H.R. 2856/S. 1463, the Captive Primate Safety Act, which would prohibit interstate commerce in primates as pets;
H.R. 3530/S. 1738, the Justice for Victims of Trafficking Act, establishes block grants and other programs to support local and State law enforcement agencies fight human trafficking and provides assistance to victims;
H.R. 3560, the Universal Racial Profiling Elimination Standards, and Procedures for Effective Constitutional Rights Training (RESPECT) Act, which would define racial profiling as any consideration of race, national origin or ethnic origin to initiate law enforcement contact and impose sweeping new Federal standards to be crafted by a newly created Civil Rights Officer within the U.S. Department of Justice;
H.R. 3610/S. 1733, the Stop Exploitation Through Trafficking Act, which would establish a national strategy to combat human trafficking;
H.R. 4169 (Edwards, D-MD), the Stop Overdose Stat (SOS) Act, would establish an overdose prevention grant program used to train emergency responders on effective responses to those who have overdosed on drugs, as well as support the purchase and distribution of the drug naloxone, the education of prescribers and pharmacists, and implement and enhance programs that provide overdose prevention;
H.R. 4975/S. 1322, the Synthetic Abuse and Labeling of Toxic Substances (SALTS) Act, which would close the existing loophole for the manufacturers on analogue drug sales and distribution;
H.R. 5478, the Stop Militarizing Law Enforcement Act, would limit the availability of surplus equipment to local and State law enforcement agencies;
S. 822, the Justice for All Reauthorization Act, which will enhance and protect the rights of crime vicitims;
S. 1038, the End Racial Profiling Act, which would define racial profiling as any consideration of race, national origin or ethnic origin to initiate a traffic stop or vehicle search absent an eyewitness description and requires the collection of race and other data by State and local law enforcement during routine investigatory activities;
S. 1465, the Incorporation Transparency and Law Enforcement Assistance Act, would help law enforcement combat the misuse of U.S. corporations by requiring States to obtain beneficial ownership information for corporations and limited liability companies formed under State law;
S. 1686, the Saving Kids from Dangerous Drugs Act, which would increase penalties on those who tailor-market illegal drugs to entice children to purchase them; and
Issues related to online gaming, the Wire Act, money laundering, the National Guard's Counterdrug program..
