Citizens' Climate Lobby has only one policy priority: passage of its Carbon Fee and Dividend proposal. It is not a pending bill, but is similar to bills such as H.R. 972, H.R. 2202, S. 1548, and H.R. 3104. The policy includes a tax on fossil fuels, rebates 100% of the funds to households, and includes a border tariff adjustment. No other policy priorities are anticipated at this time.
