H. Con. Res. 34: FY2012 Concurrent Resolution on the Budget.
H.R. 657: Federal Workforce Reduction Act of 2011: To reduce the number of civil service employees in the executive branch.
H.R. 828: Federal Employee Tax Accountability Act of 2011. To make an individual who has a seriously delinquent tax debt ineligible to be appointed, or to continue serving, as a federal employee.
H.R. 1332: Social Security Fairness Act of 2011: To amend title II of the Social Security Act to repeal the Government pension offset and windfall elimination provisions.
H.R. 1470: To amend title 5, United States Code, to extend the probationary period applicable to appointments in the civil service.
H.R. 1779: Federal Hiring Freeze Act of 2011: To reduce the number of civil service employees in the executive branch.
H.R. 2061: Civilian Service Recognition Act of 2011: To authorize the presentation of a United States flag at the funeral of Federal civilian employees who are killed while performing official duties or because of their status as a Federal employee.
H.R. 2114: Reducing the Size of the Federal Government Through Attrition Act of 2011.
H.R. 2465: Federal Workers' Compensation Modernization and Improvement Act of 2011.
H.R. 3630: Temporary Payroll Tax Cut Continuation Act of 2011. Increases the employee contribution to the Civil Service Retirement System (CSRS) and to the Federal Employees Retirement System (FERS) for calendar years 2013, 2014, and 2015. Establishes new annuity computation rules (reducing annuities by 41 percent and increasing contributions by 3.2 percent of salary) for federal employees with less than five years of civilian service (as of December 31, 2012) creditable under FERS or any other federal employee retirement system. Eliminates the FERS annuity supplement for federal employees whose entitlement to an annuity is based on separation from service after December 31, 2012. Amends the Continuing Appropriations Act, 2011 to extend through 2013 the cost of living freeze on the pay of federal employees, including Members of Congress and legislative branch employees.
S. 261: Federal Employees' Compensation Reform Act of 2011. Requires federal employees, including postal employees, who are receiving total or partial disability benefits under the Federal Employees Compensation Act (FECA) to convert to the federal retirement system when such employees reach retirement age as defined by the Social Security Act and are otherwise eligible for an annuity under the the Civil Service Retirement System (CSRS) or the Federal Employees Retirement System (FERS).
S. 644: Public-Private Employee Retirement Parity Act. Terminates defined benefit annuities under the Federal Employees Retirement System (FERS) for new hires starting in 2013.
S. 1931: Temporary Tax Holiday and Government Reduction Act. Prohibits a head of a federal agency from hiring more than 1 employee for every 3 full-time employees who leave employment in such agency until OMB and OPM make a determination that the number of full-time federal employees is 10% less than the initial level determined by OMB and OPM. Extends the freeze on the pay of federal employees through 2015.
Supported amendments to S. 1549, the American Jobs Act of 2011, to provide federal, state, and local government employees a reduction in payroll deductions or taxes equivalent to the Social Security payroll tax reduction provided in the legislation.
Supported amendments to S. 1660, the American Jobs Act of 2011, to provide federal, state, and local government employees a reduction in payroll deductions or taxes equivalent to the Social Security payroll tax reduction provided in the legislation.
Supported amendments to S. 1944, the Middle Class Tax Cut Act of 2011, to provide federal, state, and local government employees a reduction in payroll deductions or taxes equivalent to the Social Security payroll tax reduction provided in the legislation.

S. 1789: 21st Century Postal Service Act of 2011. Reduces federal workers' compensation benefits for retirement age recipients and for recipients who are married or have dependents. Includes other changes to the federal employees' workers' compensation program.
