H.R. 480: Housing America's Workforce Act of 2015 - Would create incentives for companies to offer housing assistance programs for their employees.
H.R. 650: Preserving Access to Manufactured Housing Act of 2015 - Would make changes to the Truth in Lending Act so that more manufactured housing buyers will have access to affordable mortgages.
H.R. 3700: Housing Opportunity Through Modernization Act of 2015 - Would require the FHA to look at their condo approval rules and how the FHA treats transfer fee covenants.
C.A.R. met with members of Congress and discussed the continued role of the government in the mortgage finance system, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and the Federal Housing Administration.

S. 1484: Financial Regulatory Improvement Act - The bill would, among other things, make changes to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.

S. 608, Mortgage Forgiveness Tax Relief Act - This bill would prevent homeowners from being forced to pay taxes on forgiven mortgage loan debt for two years.
