HR. 1 the "Tax Cuts and Jobs Act" - to provide for reconciliation pursuant to the Fiscal Year 2018 budget resolution: encouraging the Senate and House conferees to agree to include in the final conferenced bill Section 1202(d) of the House-passed version of H.R.1, that would allow individuals who have a 529 education savings plan to utilize those funds to pay for certain costs associated with approved apprenticeship programs and to not include Section 3601 of the House-passed version of H.R. 1 eliminating private activity bonds as a resource to fund infrastructure investment.

H.R. 3905, "Minnesotas Economic Rights in the Superior National Forest Act", a bill that declares that minerals within National Forest System lands in Minnesota shall not be subject to withdrawal from disposition under U.S. mineral and geothermal leasing laws unless such withdrawal is approved by an Act of Congress
