Patent and intellectual property law legislation that might make it harder to defend and recover royalties from legitimate patents. Discussions with congressional offices on how universities license and receive royalties from intellectual property, patents and the general way that the research discovery process works from discovery to invention disclosure to possible patent filing, licensing and revenue from royalties. No specific bills have been introduced this Congress that we are tracking relating to this issue.
