Urged opposition to killing the Stream Protection Rule, a critical water quality rule for our nations streams, fish, wildlife, and communities in coal country that will protect or restore an estimated 6,000 miles of streams and 52,000 acres of forest over two decades, areas important for hunting, fishing, and outdoor recreation.

Urged opposition to killing the BLM's Methane Venting and Flaring Rule, which sets common-sense, cost-effective standards to curb natural gas waste caused by excessive venting, flaring, and leaking from federal and tribal oil and gas wells, having the effect of saving an energy resource and taxpayer dollars, returning more royalty revenues to support communities and infrastructure, and reducing air pollution that harms public health, the outdoor economy, and wildlife.
