S. 1695 Biologic Price Competition and Innovation Act. Amends the Public Health Service Act(PHSA) to create an abbreviated biological product application for biologic products that are comparable, which NVCA opposes.
HR 1956 Patient Protection and Innovative Biologics Medicine Act. Amends the PHSA to create an abbreviated biological production application for similar biological products. NVCA supports this bill.
