H.R. 303--Retired Pay Restoration Act--To amend title 10, U.S.C., to permit additional retired members of the Armed Forces who have a service-connected disability to receive both disability compensation from the VA for their disability and either retired pay by reason of their years of military service or Combat-Related Special Compensation and to eliminate the phase-in period under current law with respect to such concurrent receipt.
H.R. 333--Disabled Veterans Tax Termination Act--To amend title 10, U.S.C., to permit retired members of the Armed Forces who have a service-connected disability rated less than 50 percent to receive concurrent payment of both retired pay and veterans' disability compensation, to eliminate the phase-in period for concurrent receipt, to extend eligibility for concurrent receipt to chapter 61 disability retirees with less than 20 years of service, and for other purposes.

H.R. 544--To amend the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act to permanently extend the period of protections for servicemembers against mortgage foreclosures, and for other purposes.--Amends the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act to extend from 90 days to 9 months after military service the period of protection against mortgage sale or foreclosure, as well as the stay of proceedings, in the
case of an obligation on real property of a service member that originated before the period of military service. (Under current law, such period reverted from 9 months to 90 days on January 1, 2011.)

Allows the Secretary, under the
program, to enter into agreements with other federal and state agencies and specified authorities and commissions to carry out projects to further such purposes
S. 957--Veterans Traumatic Brain Injury Rehabilitative Services Improvement Act of 2011--To amend title 38, U.S.C., to improve the provision of rehabilitative services for veterans with traumatic brain injury, and for other purposes
S. 1060--Honoring All Veterans Act of 2011--To improve education, employment, independent living services, and health care for veterans, to improve assistance for homeless veterans, and to improve the administration of the Department of Veterans Affairs, and for other purposes
Hiring Heroes --Hiring Heroes Act of 2011--To seek support on the house version bill that will mirror Senators Murray bill and build a rapport with Congresswoman Hayworth.
