Supportive of HR 2193, Remote Transactions Parity Act of 2017 and S 976, Marketplace Fairness Act o 2017. Both pieces of legislation promotes fair competition between local and mail street retailers and internet-only sellers by allowing states to apply sales tax law uniformly.
Supportive of Executive Order 13789, Identifying and Reducing Tax Regulatory Burdens, to review all significant tax regulations issued by the Treasury Department on or after January 1, 2016. Supportive of Executive Order 13790, Promoting Agricultural and Rural Prosperity in America to promote the parser ion of family farms and other agribusiness operations as they are passed from one generation to the next including changes to the estate tax and the tax valuation of family or cooperatively held businesses.
Supportive of HR 747, and S. 236 Craft Beverage Modernization and Tax Reform Act of 2017 to modernize the tax code and streamline regulations for producers of craft beverages.
Supportive of withdrawal of Treasure Department proposed regulations on Estate, Gift and Generation-Skipping Transfer Taxes.
Supportive of HR 2853 and S. 988, Agriculture Environmental Stewardship Act, which incentivized investment in biogas systems to make biogas and nutrient recovery systems eligible for the 30% investment tax credit already in place for fuel cells, solar power, wind energy combined heat and power systems and geothermal projects.
Supportive of maintaining the Section 199 deduction for domestic production activities income, a reduction in capital gains taxes, maintenance of cash accounting, maintenance of deductions for interest payments and maintenance of tax provisions for renewable energy and environmental mitigation as part of any tax reform plan.

Supportive of Executive Order 13777 and commended EPA for its efforts implement Administration's directive, specifically the addresses the WOTUS regulation by the previous administration.
Supportive of HR 953, Reducing Regulatory Burdens Act of 2017. This legislation clarifies that lawful use of pesticides in or near navigable waters is not excessively covered under the Clean Water Act and FIFRA. HR 953 codifies EPA's longstanding interpretation of the law before the confusion by a 2008 court ruling which imposed an additional and unnecessary layer of regulation on pesticide applicators.
Supportive of HR 806, Ozone Standards Implementation Act, which would provide for the reasonable implementation of the EPA's NAAQS for ozone by aligning the 2008 and 2015 ozone standards through a phased schedule that provides time to implement already planned controls.
