HR2965: Enhancing small business research and innovation act. S1233: a bill to reauthorize and improve SBIR and STTR programs for other purposes. HR3738 Small Business Early Stage Investment Act of 2009: Allow venture capital backed companies to participate in SBIR/STTR grants and SBIR programs.
