H.R. 743 - Davis Bacon Repeal Act: Lobbied against the legislation which would federal prevailing wage protections.
H.R. 785/S.545 - National Right-to-Work Act: Lobbied against the legislation which allows workers to gain the benefits of unionization without actually joining a union.
H.R. 2810 - National Defense Authorization Act: Lobbied against the Gosar amendment which would have limited Davis Bacon prevailing wage protections on projects authorized by the legislation.
H.R. 3219 - Make America Secure Appropriations Act: Lobbied against the King (IA) amendment which would have limited Davis Bacon prevailing wage protections on projects authorized by the legislation.
