The 2016 Concurrent Budget Resolution (S. Con. Res. 11)- Urged Congress to reject the massive and draconian proposed cuts of $1 trillion to Medicaid, Medicare and other safety net health care spending in the FY2016 budget resolution.
Care Planning Act of 2015 (S. 1549)- A bill providing for advanced illness care coordination services for Medicare beneficiaries.
Stage 3 requirements for the Medicare and Medicaid Electronic Health Record Incentive program.
Promoting Access, Competition, and Equity Act of 2015 (HR 2513)- Urged opposition to expanding physician-owned hospitals under Medicare.
Comments to the Senate Finance Committee's Chronic Care working group.
Urged the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to release, in the immediate future, a final rule making modifications to the meaningful use requirements under the Medicare and Medicaid Electronic Health Record (EHR) Incentive Programs for fiscal years (FY) 2015 to 2017.

Urged Congress to take timely action to enact standards on carbon pollution from power plants, such as the standards in the Clean Power Plan, and to support the Green Climate Fund, which helps developing countries adapt to climate change.
