Issues relating to water development programs. National Infrastructure Bank issues and WIFIA Legislation. Western States Drought Legislation.
Monitoring EPA with the WIFIA listening sessions. The FY2022 Interior and Environment Appropriations Bill(s): Section: EPA. Issues: Regulatory compliance and water related issues and competitive grant programs. EPA State Revolving Loan Funds. Issues associated with the "Basin Agreement" amongst the various water organizations in the greater Park City area.
